ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGANAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the detenu to set him at liberty on the ground that he has completed 20 years of actual imprisonment.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. What the petitioner seeks is premature. The petitioner's request was placed before the Advisory Board and the Advisory Board has given its recommendations, which was considered by the Government and the Government vide G.O.(D)No.403, dated 09.05.2016 has accepted the recommendations of the Advisory Board and rejected the request of the petitioner for his release.

4. Regarding the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
