ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complainant, dated 19.03.2018 in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police has enquired the said complaint and thereafter, the petitioner's complaint has been closed 'as false'. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.sdie), this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
