PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Hon'ble Subordinate Judge of Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No. 196 of 2018 in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Court has verified the status of the H.M.O.P., in which civil revision petition has arisen, and when this Court downloaded the judgment of H.M.O.P.No.196 of 2018, it appears that the H.M.O.P. was 1/3

transferred to Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.2 of 2020. The same was dismissed as not pressed as early as on 05.03.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly concedes the factum of not pressing. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition.

2. In the result, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
