ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is employed in the respondent Corporation. He wants to withdraw the petition mentioned amount from his provident fund contribution. The respondent is directed to disburse the amount eligible to which the petitioner is eligible and entitle. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
