[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents to produce her husband, namely, Satchithananth son of Kuttralingam, aged about 27 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. We have questioned the petitioner as well as the detenu, who have come

together from their residence. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention of the detenu.
