O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to act upon the representation/complaint given by the petitioner on 31.01.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the documents registered in the name of the fifth respondent on the ground that the document was created by impersonation and forgery.
2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation that has been made by the petitioner to the effect that the subject document was created through impersonation and 2/5
forgery, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the representation/complaint given by the petitioner on 31.01.2021 and conduct an enquiry and pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent while conducting the enquiry, shall give an opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent as well as to any other interested parties in this case.
