ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks loan from out of his provident fund account. It is for building purpose.

3. The respondent is directed to sanction and disburse the loan amount to which the petitioner is eligible and entitled. This shall be done forthwith and without any delay.
