ORDER

The petitioner has not enclosed any materials to show that the water body has been encroached. On the other hand, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that Survey No.200 has been classified as "unassessed waste" and not as water body. We do not find any ground to interfere.

2.This Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
