ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.665 of 2017 in O.S.No.41 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the suit itself in O.S.No.41 of 2015 was dismissed for default on 26.02.2024 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present revision.
3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
