ORDER

The petitioner, a retired Teacher, has submitted a representation to the respondents seeking salary from the year 2001 and has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 & 3, by referring to the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Pudukottai, dated 10.03.2023, submits that the request of the petitioner dated 15.02.2023 was duly considered 2/4

and it was rejected that the period from 04.06.1999 to 05.12.2000 can be considered only for service benefits and not for monetary benefits.

4.Since the respondents rejected the relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to communicate the proceeding dated 10.03.2023 to the petitioner by way of a registered post, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
