ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner wants the official respondents to close the quarry run by the fourth respondent. The learned Government Pleader states that the quarry licence period had already expired on 29.06.2022 and that for the last two months there are no quarrying operations. The official respondents further undertake before this Court that the said quarry will not be allow to run without getting proper renewal or licence. As and when the fourth respondent makes such request before passing final order on the same, the writ petitioner will be specifically put on notice. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
