*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenu and produce the body or person of the detenu, viz., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sheeba, D/o.Palanivelbabu, aged about 16 years, before this Court and hand over the custody of the detenu to the petitioner forthwith.

3. Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the detenu was secured and she was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and the statement of the detenu was recorded and now she has joined her parents. Copies of the statement of the detenu have been produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
