ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the suit property in which O.S.No.9 of 2016 pending on the file of Sub Court, Trichy.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a case in O.S.No.9 of 2016 is pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, in which, some interim order appears to have been passed.

4. Under such circumstances, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before the civil Court.
