ORDER

The learned counsel for the parties submitted that the revision has been preferred against the order in Tr.O.P.No.4/2018 and in view of the suits involved in the said Tr.O.P.No.4/2018 have already been disposed of, nothing survives for consideration in the present Civil Revision Petition. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
