O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take immediate action by registering a case against the said B.Raman by the third respondent on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.01.2016 and to proceed the investigation in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint dated 12.01.2016 has been sent by the petitioner to the respondent through post and petition enquiry is pending.

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the second respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

12.01.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
