This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to provide appropriate police protection for conducting Kalari Festival of Sri Vannimaram Sangaiya Kovil consisting of Sri Valaithaiamman, Sri Lada Sannasi, Sri Muthu Karuppanasamy and Sri Pattavan Samy, located at No.108, Mudukkankulam Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and the same will be considered positively and appropriate decision will be taken in accordance with law.
