This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2022 within the stipulated time. 2.In earlier occasions, when this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 30.09.2022 & 17.10.2022 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

3.Even today (20.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
