This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the I.D.O.P.No.5502 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the District Family Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today (02.02.2024), learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre and a report is also received. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

3. No representation for the respondent.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. Let the terms of settlement be form part of this order.
