O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to expedite the trial in CC No.131 of 2012. 2.A report has been sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai dated 07.04.2016 to the effect that a discharge petition has been filed by A-1 to A-3 and the same is pending. 3.Subsequently, the learned Counsel for the petitioner is unable to appraise this Court with regard to the development in the Court below.

4.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the case has been transferred to the Judicial Magistrate at Vadipatti.

5.In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this Registry, immediate after completion of the proceedings.
