Heard both sides.
2.All that the petitioner wants is enforcement of the order dated 15.12.2023 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai in Na.Ka.No.70/2021/J6.
3.The third respondent will verify if this order is still holding good or it has been put to challenge and any interim order is obtained. If the order dated 15.12.2023 passed by the District Revenue Officer, has not been stayed or set aside, it shall be implemented forthwith and appropriate changes shall be made in the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned property. The entire exercise shall be completed by the third respondent within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
