[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention, dated 17.02.2017 in Cr.M.P.No.02/2017, detaining her husband as "Boot Legger", as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of dangerous activities of Boot leggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slumgrabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14/1982). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1806, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 17.04.2017, and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, the petition is dismissed.
