ORDER

The petitioners are plaintiffs in O.S.No.231 of 2017 on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil.

2. They filed this Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, to dispose of O.S.No.321 of 2017 in a speed manner, within a time, to be framed by this Court.

3. In fact, the petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.321 of 2017 for recovery of property and for mesne profits, in the year 2017. Now, the said suit is posted for examination of plaintiffs' side evidence.

4. Since the relief sought for by the petitioners may be a reasonable one, considering the pendency of the suit on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, I am of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considered view that it is appropriate to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil to dispose of O.S.No.321 of 2017, as early as possible.

5. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.321 of 2017, as early as possible.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
