This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on complaint made by the second respondent before the Chief Minister Cell.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one R.Mohan, petition enquiry is pending.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
