From the records it is seen that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.06.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 28.06.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Since the petition was not listed on 28.06.2023, the petition was again listed before this Court on 01.08.2023, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 01.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was again directed to be listed today (ie., 04.08.2023) under the caption, 'for dismissal'.

2.Despite the matter was listed today again under the caption 'for dismissal', no one is appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served in retaining the petition on file and inclined to dismiss the petition for default. 2/4

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
