[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondents.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if so advised. No costs.
