ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 30.01.2024 and 05.06.205 and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli,vide the letter in D.No.9344/2025 dated 23.07.2025, this Court made the following order:
"Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Trial Court".
2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide judgment dated 30.01.2024, directed the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2009 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, on the requisition submitted by the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, this Court vide order, dated 05.06.2024 granted two months further time. Now, the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, has submitted a requisition, dated 23.07.2025, stating that there are 53 items of properties in the final decree application; that the Commissioner is yet to file his report and seeks two months further time to dispose of the case. 3.
Considering the requisition, the learned learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, is directed to send a reminder to the learned Advocate Commissioner to file his report and plan at an early date and the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, dated 30.01.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
