ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners / A3 and A4, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.03.2026 for the offences punishable under Sections 194(3)(i) of BNSS @ Section 103(1), 61(2), 49 and 238 of BNS in Crime No.8 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that A1 had committed the murder of the deceased and the petitioners herein have helped A1 to commit the offence. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is some misunderstanding between the deceased and her husband due to which she lived in the parent's house and the respondent police has registered a false case against the petitioners and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioners have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.03.2026 Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that A1 had committed the murder of the deceased 2/4

and the petitioners herein have helped A1 to commit the offence. He would further submit that investigation is pending. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the fact that the investigation is pending and also taking into consideration the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
