ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016 and further direct him to investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered on 20.03.2016 in Crime No.412 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 452, 294(b), 323, 427 and 506(i) I.P.C. , on the file of the Koodal Pudhur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Police Station, Madurai, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
