This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.02.2016 and take necessary action within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 23.02.2016, it is seen that it is alleged by the petitioner that he was in love with Agnus Jelina Joice and he has spent lot of money for her education, but she is not getting married to him. In the considered opinion of this Court, the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence for the respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.02.2016. girl can be forced to marry a person, just because he had spent money for her education. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
