ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry regarding the missing document of the petitioner and issue Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner after due enquiry within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.03.2023 before the second respondent for missing of his settlement deed Doc.No.94/1955, but no action was taken as on date and hence, she preferred the present petition. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations dated 10.03.2023 is pending.

5.Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
