Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.M.ANBUNIDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.7642 of 2018, dated 16.05.2018 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court.
