ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent police called him for enquiry and harassing him.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as on date no complaint has been received against the petitioner and no case is pending against him and hence, there is no harassment against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as un-necessary.
