ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order, dated 15.03.2018 made in I.A.No.77 of 2018 in I.A.No. 1123 of 2009 in O.S.No.1780 of 2009 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli.

2. Both sides counsel are present.

3. This Court perused the print out from the E-Court daily status of O.S.No.1780 of 2009 in which this Civil Revision Petition arises. As per the E-Court daily status, the suit in O.S.No.1780 of 2009 was already dismissed by the Court below on 05.03.2019.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they have already moved an application for restoration. Thus, as of now nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as 2/4

infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application to restore the Civil Revision Petition subject to the outcome of the restoration application filed before the Curt below. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.08.2023 Index :
