ORDER

This petition is filed by the wife, who is the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.367 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichirappalli, which is filed for divorce. 2.Stating that the respondent is continuously taking adjournments and dragging the proceedings, the above Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking direction to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of the proceedings within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is being unnecessarily adjourned from time to time. He also stated that no other proceedings, except maintenance case, is pending before this Court or any other Forum in relation to the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the respondent. 4.In such circumstances, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.367 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
