*********** This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the statutory appeal pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.The petitioner has filed the statutory appeal on 21.10.2019, aggrieved by the inclusion of the name of the fourth respondent in the patta. Since the appeal has been filed as early as in the year 2019, this Court deems it fit to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal expeditiously, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 21.10.2019 after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
