RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 5442 of 2020 dated 26.05.2020 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 05.06.2020 without fail.

CRL MP(MD) No.3835 of 2020 shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
