: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in f.vz.fgep 3/127888/2014> ehs; 01.12.2014 pertaining to the impugned seniority list of the eligible candidates from the agricultural department prepared and published through on line process to fill up the vacancies available to the post of Deputy Agricultural Officer in Horticulture Department by promotion by the second respondent and quash the same as unconstitutional against the Government orders and against the promotion rule and consequentially, direct the second respondent to prepare the seniority list of the eligible candidate in petitioner's Horticulture Department for filling up the vacancies available to the post of Deputy Agricultural Officer in petitioner's Horticulture Department.
