Confdl.No.21/2017, dated 08.02.2017and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu by name Roshan.S.Subin, son of Subinraj, aged about 20 years detained in District Jail and Borstal School, Pudukottai before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
