This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the respondent in vide A.Thi.Mu.830/2015/E1, dated 07.10.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to participate and to get Second Mariyathai as representative of Solamma Naicker Vagaiyara, in the Shri Kalliamman Temple and Muthalamman Temple festival situated in Kappalur Village which going to be conducted from 16.10.2015 to 17.10.2015 in the light of the order, dated 08.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No..5295 of 2015. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the respondent in vide Thi.Mu.830 /2015 /E1, dated 07.10.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to participate and to get Second Mariyathai as representative of Solamma Naicker Vagaiyara, in the festival scheduled to be conducted from 16.10.2015 to 17.10.2015 in Shri Kalliamman Temple and Muthalamman Temple situated at Kappalur Village, in the light of the order, dated 08.04.2015 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.5295 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that in the light of the earlier order passed by the respondent, dated 09.04.2014, the request of the petitioner will be considered and permission will be granted to him accordingly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
