2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction to the respondent police to trace his wife, namely, Subha, aged about 19 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. According to the petitioner, the detenue was illegally detained by her father and her brothers / respondents 3 and 4 respectively.

4. The respondent police produced the detenue before this Court. When we enquired her, she stated that now she is living with the petitioner / husband. Therefore, we find that there is no illegal detention.

5. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CSI) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To:
