ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned motor pump set was illegally removed by the private respondents. If that be so, the remedy of the petitioner is elsewhere. There is no question of directing the TANGEDCO authorities to enquire into the matter.
