Since the representation dated 25.05.2015 given by the fourth respondent herein, seeking for cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the petitioner for the property comprised in S.No.140/47, at Kattarampatti Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District has been kept pending, the petitioner has been put to prejudice and therefore, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for the disposal of the fourth respondent's representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for and without

going into the merits of the claim made by the fourth respondent in his representation, there shall be a direction to the District Revenue Officer (DRO), Madurai to consider the fourth respondent's representation dated 25.05.2015 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
