When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.01.2025, the learned Counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions and that the Registry was directed to delete name of the learned Counsel for the petitioners and print the name of the petitioners and was further directed to list the matter today, ie., on 21.01.2025.

2.Today, ie., on 21.01.2025, the names of the petitioners are printed in the cause list and when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the

petitioners either in in person or through Pleader. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
