G.Durai Rajan v. Suganthi,
CMP(MD).No.4558 of 2026 in CMA.(MD).No.672 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.
and K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, J.
When the matter came up for hearing on 10.04.2026, this Court passed an order to the effect that notice has been served on the respondent and the name has been printed in the cause list and therefore, delay was condoned. However, on going through the bundle, it is seen that the respondent has already represented through a counsel.
Therefore, we directed the Registry to print the name of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and list it for hearing today under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. Today, Mr.K.Veilmuthu, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the restoration petition and list it for hearing on 27.04.2026.
