This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.192 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police station within a time framed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that so far, ten witnesses have been examined and some of the witnesses are yet to be examined and they need some more time to complete the investigation.

3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court, either way, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 15.04.2024 NCC :
