ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to confer permanent status to the petitioner from 30.07.1995 in accordance with the order passed by the second respondent, dated 07.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.365/2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The case of the petitioner is that he joined duty in the third respondent society on 29.07.1993 as a Collection Agent and he has been working for the past 22 years without any complaint. However, the respondents did not regularize the service of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner filed an appeal petition before the second respondent and in which, the second respondent has passed an order, dated 07.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.365/2015 to regularize the service of the petitioner. But the service of the petitioner has not been regularized till date. To that effect, the petitioner has made a representation before the respondents 1 and 3 on 05.10.2015. As there was no response, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.
3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same in view of the order passed by the second respondent, dated 07.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.365/2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
