ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for a direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul to dispose the case in O.S.No.41 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the case is for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.
3. The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff, has filed a suit in O.S.No. 103 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Karur, seeking a relief of declaration and permanent injunction and the same has been transferred to the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul and re-numbered as O.S.No.41 of 2017 and thereafter, the same is pending for the past two years without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to dispose the O.S.No.41 of 2017, within a stipulated time.
4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by the revision petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the following direction: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
"The learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.41 of 2017, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, without giving any further adjournment. Both the parties are directed to give their fullest co-operation for trial."
5. No order as to costs.
