ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.18434 of 2024, dated 10.01.2024. 2.Mr.VM.Jegadeesha Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has not been complied with the 1/3

conditions regularly.

4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 10.01.2024 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18434 of 2023, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. In case, the petitioner is not able to appear on hearing date, the petitioner shall file necessary application under BNSS, 2023, and the trial Court shall decide the said application in accordance with law. The other conditions shall hold good.
