*********** [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice] This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the detenu from the third respondent Home and to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, V.M.Santhiya, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

D/o.N.Vijayakumar, aged 22 years before this Court, who is illegally detained by the third respondent Home and set her at liberty forthwith.

2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 that the custody of the detenu has been handed over to the parents of the detenu and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 3.In view of the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
