This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.183 of 2019, dated 12.11.2019 registered under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.183 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur on 10.12.2019 itself.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
